Weddings in Woodinville 2025 includes 7 beautifully decorated venues with specific themes and coordinating decor provided by a variety of the best planners and wedding partners in the Pacific Northwest. Registration opens at 11:15 AM. The Registration Tent is located at The Winemakers Reserve (15902 Woodinville-Redmond Rd NE, Woodinville, WA 98072)

  • Unlike traditional wedding expos, Weddings in Woodinville is an immersive experience where you walk into simulated weddings. You’ll interact with live exhibits, tastings, and the vendors in a much more intimate setting.

  • Your ticket covers samples from catering and dessert companies, wine tastings at each venue, luxury transportation, a custom swag bag, and so much more!

  • Whether it’s your fiancé(e), mom, or best friend, bring along the people whose opinions matter most.

  • This is an exclusive, boutique-style show with limited tickets available. It’s sold out every year, so be sure to purchase yours in advance to guarantee a spot for your entire crew.

  • Notebook, comfy shoes, phone for capturing all those gram-worthy moments, and your wedding date or a rough date range. Trust us, comfy shoes are key! No large tote is needed as all attendees can collect a custom tote bag at registration to fill with all the swag you will collect during the day.

  • No problem! Just know your wedding date (or range), estimated guest count, and budget, as these are the first things vendors will ask you about.

  • No worries! The show’s still packed with ideas for DJs, photographers, wedding favors, late-night snacks, and so much more. It’s all about inspiration!

  • Absolutely! Many vendors offer exclusive deals for booking during the show—so come prepared to secure your dream team. The best part? You aren’t limited to the venue where you meet them. Vendors provide services at a variety of locations, so feel free to connect with any vendor that suits your vision, regardless of where you encounter them on the Weddings in Woodinville tour.

  • Celebrate your love! This event is perfect for ideas on planning Silver or Golden anniversaries, too.

  • The event is recommended for adults, but guests under 21 can attend with your party. At registration, everyone will be asked for their ID and a wristband issued. Underage guests will receive a different colored wristband; all venues will check them. Bartenders may ask for ID anytime, so keep it handy. No discounts are available for underage guests.

  • Small children and babies are not recommended. Shuttle vehicles aren't equipped for child restraints as per Washington State law. 

  • All venues are handicap accessible. If you need special accommodations, email info@weddingsinwoodinville.com to arrange for transportation and parking.

  • No parking is available directly at the venues, so attendees must use the provided transportation. Shuttle services will continuously loop between venues, ensuring you can enjoy the event stress-free and without the need to drive between locations. Enjoy the full experience, and let us handle the logistics! Parking is available across the street at 15525 Redmond-Woodinville Rd NE, where Butler Valet attendants will assist you. 

  • Dress in anything from casual to chic! Keep in mind the weather—some venues have outdoor spaces, and it’s January, so dress accordingly.

  • Rain or shine, the event takes place—unless the City of Woodinville closes down.
