Weddings in Woodinville 2025 includes 7 beautifully decorated venues with specific themes and coordinating decor provided by a variety of the best planners and wedding partners in the Pacific Northwest. Registration opens at 11:15 AM. The Registration Tent is located at The Winemakers Reserve (15902 Woodinville-Redmond Rd NE, Woodinville, WA 98072)

The event is recommended for adults, but guests under 21 can attend with your party. At registration, everyone will be asked for their ID and a wristband issued. Underage guests will receive a different colored wristband; all venues will check them. Bartenders may ask for ID anytime, so keep it handy. No discounts are available for underage guests.

Small children and babies are not recommended. Shuttle vehicles aren't equipped for child restraints as per Washington State law.

No parking is available directly at the venues, so attendees must use the provided transportation. Shuttle services will continuously loop between venues, ensuring you can enjoy the event stress-free and without the need to drive between locations. Enjoy the full experience, and let us handle the logistics! Parking is available across the street at 15525 Redmond-Woodinville Rd NE, where Butler Valet attendants will assist you.
