Backyard Chic - Megan & Ben

Megan and Ben’s Backyard Chic wedding is not your ordinary “backyard wedding”.  Coordinated by Simply Wed this Seattle wedding featured a dinner tent that was set with gorgeous cedar tables and mismatched vintage china, the soft colors of peach, gray, and cream that resonated throughout the décor from the floral arrangements to the invitations, and signage; and the bridesmaids wore different shades of gray dresses while the groomsmen sported gray suits.  So casual-chic!

Additional person elements from this wedding included a guest book that asked attendees to “Please Leaf Your Print and Sign Your Name” poster, where guests used green stamp ink to put their “thumbprint” leaves and signatures; photographs of the parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents on their wedding days displayed around the yard; a homemade s‘mores station set up in the awesome brick fire pit in the backyard, and custom installed posts to hang globe lights over the dance floor.

Vineyard & Garden Elegance - Linda & Lee

Local Woodinville residents Linda and Lee’s summer wedding at DeLille Cellars was a perfect example of vineyard and garden elegance.  They met and saw over half of their future vendors in action through attending the Weddings in Woodinville tour.

Wedding planner, Jacky Grotle of Event Success, was able to design the wedding of their dreams. From using Lee’s artwork in the invitation, Linda’s exquisite taste in designing the details, and both of their passion for food and wine. 

Champagne and ivory where the primary colors to accent Linda’s favorite color, red.  The intimate wedding of just under eighty guests and small wedding party, being Linda and Lee’s daughters, enjoyed live guitar music, a multi-course meal designed by Chef Bobby Moore to compliment DeLille Cellars wine, and danced the night away to DJ Leslie of Seattle Parties. In lew of gifts or wedding favors, the couple generously made donations to their favorite charities, Foto Kids in Guatemala and Save The Children.

Intimate Wine Country Wedding - Tara & Robert

Tara & Robert's intimate Wine Country wedding is the perfect example of a WIW success story. By attending Weddings in Woodinville, the couple met and booked many of the vendors that would ultimately bring their magical 75-guest JM Cellars celebration to life.  

Sprinkled throughout the venue were unique, personalized touches – Chocolate specialty linens draped each table, a live band set the celebratory tone, plush blanket favors encouraged guests’ warmth and snuggling, a rustic dessert table proudly displayed a spectrum of tarts, pies and cookies and glassybabys illuminated the space with a warm, amber glow – the radiance of which, was only matched by this couple’s gleaming love for each other.
